Basic Media Wall Package

⿡ Scope of Work:

• Covers only the media wall installation as per the project description.
• Any additional modifications or upgrades will be quoted separately.

⿢ Client Responsibilities:

• Client must supply all required equipment (TV, bracket, fireplace, skirting board, etc.).
• Power source to be provided via a power extension lead (client-supplied).
• TV bracket must be ordered according to our specifications (guidance will be provided).
• Client must inform us of any underfloor heating, wiring, or pipes running along the media wall if they are aware of them.
• Any special instructions or structural considerations must be disclosed before work begins.
• Delays in providing required equipment or information may impact project timelines.

⿣ Payments & Deposits:

• Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased.
• Full payment must be completed before final handover.

⿤ Installation Timeline:

• Estimated completion: 5-7 working days (subject to site conditions).
• Delays caused by client-side changes or third-party involvement are not the company’s responsibility.

⿥ Warranty & Liability:

• 6-month warranty covers structural integrity (excludes client-supplied equipment).
• We are not liable for damages due to undisclosed wires, pipes, or underfloor heating systems.
• Any damage from misuse or external factors is not covered.

⿦ Cancellations & Refunds:

• If the project is canceled after materials are ordered, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Additional cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.

⿧ Finance & Payment Plans (For Silver & Gold Packages Only):

• Finance options are subject to approval.
• Late payments may incur penalties as per the finance provider’s terms.
