Home Improvement Services – Renovations and installations, including kitchen, bathroom, electrical, and roofing services.
Wire Management Solutions – Professional organization and concealment of wires for a neat and safe space.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location.


3. Booking and Payments

  • To book our services, customers must provide accurate details and confirm the service scope.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required before the commencement of work.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods.
  • All prices are subject to VAT (if applicable) and may change without prior notice.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or cancellations.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if a cancellation is made after work has started or materials have been purchased.

5. Installation and Workmanship

  • Customers must ensure the installation area is prepared and accessible before work begins.
  • TV Media Wall is not responsible for structural issues (e.g., weak walls, hidden wiring, or plumbing) that may affect installation.
  • Any additional work or modifications requested after installation may incur extra charges.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • We offer a limited warranty on workmanship and materials used, with specific terms provided at the time of installation.
  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, third-party interference, or external factors beyond our control.
  • TV Media Wall is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income or business disruption, resulting from delays or service issues.
  • In case of defects or issues, customers must report the problem within 14 days of installation.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate details when booking services.
  • Ensure safe access to the premises for our team.
  • Obtain necessary permissions or approvals (e.g., landlord consent) before installation.
  • Report any concerns or issues immediately for resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, images, and trademarks on the TV Media Wall website and marketing materials are our property and cannot be copied or used without permission.
  • Customers may not claim ownership of custom designs created by TV Media Wall.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • TV Media Wall collects and processes personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
  • Personal information is used solely for service delivery, customer support, and marketing (if opted-in).
